Do I qualify?
You must have at least one Party Wall that you share with a neighbour. Suitable property types include terraced, semi-detached, flat and maisonette.
The second key qualification criteria is that the Party Wall is a Cavity Wall. If the rest of your property is built with Cavity Walls then it highly likely that the party wall will also be a cavity.
If your house was built between 1950 and 2002 then most likely it has Cavity Walls, and the cavity can be seen as vented to the outside.
