Claim here for FREE Party Wall Insulation
Reduce the cost of heating your home with FREE Party Wall insulation (PWI). A "Party Wall" is a wall that separates two properties that are next door to each other.
By insulating the Party Wall there can be the additional benefits of improved structural strength, sound proofing and reduction in cold air entering from the outside the uninsulated wall.
Around 5 million UK homes (one in five properties) can benefit from having Party Wall Insulation and saving on heat loss to their neighbours.
If your home has a Cavity Wall and adjacent to another property, then it is most likely that there is a Party Wall within your home.
The insulation process involves filling the Party Wall from the inside of your property and can be completed quickly and efficiently using the latest insulation technologies.
It may well be that you are seeking Cavity Wall Insulation or have had this done in the past. However, the Party Wall Insulation can now also be funded under ECO3. This is a new opportunity to gain further insulation for your home, keeping the heat in and reducing tyour energy costs.

Do I qualify?
You must have at least one Party Wall that you share with a neighbour. Suitable property types include terraced, semi-detached, flat and maisonette.
The second key qualification criteria is that the Party Wall is a Cavity Wall. If the rest of your property is built with Cavity Walls then it highly likely that the party wall will also be a cavity.
If your house was built between 1950 and 2002 then most likely it has Cavity Walls, and the cavity can be seen as vented to the outside.
You need to receive an ECO3 benefit and have an empty or partially filled brick Cavity Wall. Click here to see eligible ECO3 benefits.
The property should be located in England, Scotland or Wales and be heated by a gas, oil or LPG boiler.
You must be the Homeowner, Landlord or a Private Tenant. Private Tenants must have their Landlord permission. Landlords must have an eligible ECO3 Tenant living in the property that requires insulation.
How much can I save?
With PWI both your property and that of your neighbour will benefit from reduced energy bills and sound insulation. This insulation is free to you both and simple to install. Both properties lose heat because of no PWI costing you both extra money per month.
Moreover, with ECO3 you can replace your old, inefficient boiler completely free of charge as well. The average cost of a boiler is around £2,300. Savings that might be achieved with a new A-rated boiler are between £100 and £320 a year on your fuel bills.
